‘La Passione’
La Passione offers 3 spacious double bedrooms.
For children under 3 years old – who stay for free – we provide 2 additional cots.

‘Nuvola’
The maximum number of guests in Nuvola is 2 adults.
For children under 3 years old – who stay for free – 1 additional cot is available.

Booking and Payment Terms
1. Quote Request and Confirmation
Upon receiving your quote request by email, we will reply within 24 hours with:
- A detailed quote
- Useful information for your stay (payment methods, directions, schedules, etc.)
- Instructions to confirm your booking
The booking will be considered confirmed only after the deposit has been received, to be paid via PayPal or bank transfer according to the instructions in the next section.
If payment is not received within the required timeframe, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
2. Payment Terms
Payment conditions vary depending on the arrival date:
To confirm your booking, a deposit must be paid within the indicated deadlines, based on your arrival date. The remaining balance may be paid later, as described below.
For confirmed bookings:
– More than 7 days before arrival:
A 25% deposit is required within 5 days of confirmation.
The balance must be paid on the day of your arrival at the property.
– Between 7 and 2 days before arrival:
A 30% deposit is required within 24 hours of confirmation.
The balance can be paid on the day of arrival, before check-in.
– The day before or the same day as arrival:
Full payment is required at the time of confirmation.
The booking will be considered valid only after the deposit has been received.
If payment is not made within the required timeframe, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
3. Payment Methods
Payment for the entire stay must be made exclusively via PayPal or bank transfer.
Bank transfer or PayPal details will be provided in our quote confirmation email.
Credit cards, debit cards and cash payments are not accepted.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is free of charge up to 15 days before the arrival date.
In case of cancellation after this deadline, or in the event of a no-show, the amount already paid will not be refunded.
If cancellation occurs within the allowed timeframe, the amount paid will be refunded, with only any bank transfer fees retained (approximately €1.50 of the transferred amount).
5. Prices for children

Children up to 3 years old stay free of charge.

A cot can be requested free of charge, subject to availability.

For children aged 4 to 12, a rate of €35 per night applies, unless stated otherwise in specific promotions.

From 13 years old and up, the full rate applies.
6. Check-in e check-out
- Check-in: from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm
- Check-out: by 10:30 am
For special requests or arrivals outside these hours, arrangements must be made in advance.
