Heerlijk deluxe appartement met alle voorzieningen en comfort terwijl de authenticiteit van het gexouw bewaard werd. Zalige rustige en groene omgeving Geen lichtvervuiling ´s nachts. Bij aankomst was de koelkast goed gevuld voor het ontbijt gedurende ons 4 daags verblijf. Fijn ook dat je bij langer verblijf af en toe zelf kan koken. We werden regelmatig verwend met zongerijpte tomaten en courgetten uit de moestuin, vers gelegde eitjes. . Zeer goed bed. Mooi groot zwembad. hier heb je altijd een bedje of stoel..Ook een oplaadpunt voor een electrische wagen. Goed gelegen om Ascoli Piceno te bezoeken. Cecilia is een zorgzame en fantastische host.

We had a wonderful holiday in Venarotta. The apartment is very spacious and feels homely. It has everything you would need. The bathroom is very big and modern, the bed is very comfortable and there is plenty of wardrobe space. The pool is perfect and we loved watching…

We had a wonderful holiday in Venarotta. The apartment is very spacious and feels homely. It has everything you would need. The bathroom is very big and modern, the bed is very comfortable and there is plenty of wardrobe space. The pool is perfect and we loved watching the dragon flies and sparrows all around us. The entire place is very clean, and it is a short walkable distance to the town which has a very good pizzeria and small supermarket. To top it all, Cecilia is a very attentive and friendly host who baked us home made cakes and was lovely to chat to. We would love to come back and we highly recommend this apartment.

In the middle between the sea and the Sibillini mountains.

This was one of the best Air bnb’s that we have been to. The house is absolutely beautiful, spotless and there was so much space that we had to ourselves. The pool is huge and the holiday was so relaxing. Cecilia and her husband were absolutely gorgeous, the service was amazing and they gave us so many good recommendations of restaurants and trips that we could do. The house is very isolated, so it is quiet. By car, the beautiful city Ascoli Piceno is reachable within 20 minutes and the sea within 40 minutes. There are also lots of hiking spots and the food around Venarotta is delicious! Thanks for an amazing holiday!

We have just returned from a week at this amazing apartment. The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful; it is set in a peaceful location at the edge of the village with stunning views. Ascoli Piceno is about a 15 minute drive away, and the beach 45 minutes. It was well equipped with everything that you would need for your holiday, and there was a fabulous pool that was cleaned every day. Everywhere was absolutely spotless and the sheets and towels were changed during our stay. An unexpected plus for us was that breakfast was provided; the fridge had been stocked with all sorts of foods, there were cereals and bread on the side, and even a beautiful home made tart. Maria Cecilia was the perfect host. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, arrived far later than we had expected. We contacted her and she reassured us that it wouldn't be a problem. She made sure that we had everything that we needed throughout our stay, and was extremely friendly and helpful.

Praticamente tutto perfetto! Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Cecilia con la nostra famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo: i bambini si sono divertiti davvero molto con la piscina, i nonni hanno trovato una piacevole pausa dal caldo di Roma e abbiamo avuto la possibilità di esplorare zone che non conoscevamo. La casa è molto pulita, curata nei particolari, comoda e divisa molto bene se si viaggia con amici/parenti, in modo tale da poter avere spazi privati per dormire e condividere le zone comuni. Gli spazi esterni sono ampi, ci sono diverse zone d'ombra ed è possibile passeggiare. La piscina è curatissima e perfetta per adulti e bambini. Cecilia è stata gentilissima, ci è venuta incontro per ogni nostra esigenza e si è presa cura di noi rispettando i nostri tempi (le sue crostate sono buonissime!). Possiamo solo ringraziare di tutto e senza dubbio ci farebbe piacere tornare a Villa La Passione. Consigliatissimo!!

Villa La Passione is one of the best places we ever stayed at, exceeded our expectations and was the highlight of our holiday! It has the luxury feel of staying at a private villa with huge pool ( shared only between the two apartaments ). It is located very peacefully amongst the olives yards on its owndomain near the small town of Venarotta ( with shops, restaurant etc) The apartament is veru spacious and well equipped. Cecilia and Giuseppe are the best hosts, warm, attentive and caring while also discrete and respecting the guest's privacy ( they leave a few hundered meters away). They take meticulous care of housekeeping, shared local products with pride ( fruitand vegetables from Giuseppe's garden and cakes and jam made by Cecilia), and were always ready to give excellent suggestions.

Tuhle vilku v olivovém háji si zamilujete hned po příjezdu ❤️ Je v klidné lokalitě za městečkem, máte naprosté soukromí a nádherný výhled.
☑️ parkování u domu, vybavená kuchyň, klimatizace v pokoji, tenisový kurt, bazén, terasa, možnost zapůjčení kol.
🏙️ Přímo ve Venarottě byl obchůdek, kavárna, pizzerie. My jsme jezdili do cca 8 km vzdáleného města Ascoli Piceno, kde byly supermarkety a větší výběr. Samotné Ascoli je nádherné město, určitě stojí za procházku.
🏖️ Vyzkoušeli jsme tři různé pláže, nejbližší byla písčitá (čistá s vlnolamy, ideální pro děti), chodili jsme na veřejnou pláž (bez slunečníků při resturacích) a kromě víkendů jsme tam byli téměř sami. Na plážích při restauracích bývalo víc lidí. Udělali jsme si výlet na pláž do Numany, pláž krásná, malé kamínky, ale větší vlny a hodně lidí.
🏔️ Díky poloze ubytování jsme jezdili i na hory, za návštěvu určitě stojí park Gran Sasso, tohle bylo nejkrásnější místo celé naší dovolené. Pohodlně se dá vyjet autem až nahoru k observatoři, odkud vedou různě obtížné trasy na vrchol Corno Grande, trasu zvládnou i zdatnější děti.
👩 Paní “bytná” Cécilie a její manžel byli neskutečně laskaví lidé, starali se o nás perfektně. Cokoliv jsme potřebovali, zařídili. Máte pocit, že jste součástí jejich rodiny ❤️ Paní Cecilie mluvila italisky, anglicky, portugalsky, francouzsky. Prodává vlastní olivový olej a výrobky z oliv (zavařeniny, kompoty…) 🫒
❤️ Tohle místo jsme si zamilovali. Je v dojezdové vzdálenosti moře i hor, pokud se chcete válet, můžete u soukromého bazénu. Jde o klidnou dovolenou, nezatíženou miliardou turistů.

Prežili sme týždeň v krásnom prostredí Venarotty v čarovnej vile La Pasione .Celý dom na nás dýchal príjemnou atmosferov a pokojom v esteticky vytvorených zákutiach na oddych,ktoré sú zásluhou pani Cecílie.Oddychovali sme pri bazéne a božsky nám chutili figy a hurmikaki,ktoré sme si mohli ochutnať priamo zo stromu.Osviežili sme sa v mori,ktoré je len 30 minút cesty a podnikali výlety do okolia.Chválime ponúkané služby a radi sa sem vrátime.

Il silenzio assordante. L' immersione totale solo nei suoni naturali. La possibilità di poter usufruire di una piscina ben curata quasi sempre solo con il partner. Ottima base per escursioni e relax.

We had the most wonderful time at this tranquil B & B with views of the snow capped Siblini mountains. Venarotta is self contained and ideally situated between the beaches of Porto D’Ascoli and the ‘jewel in the crown’ of Ascoli Piceno.
Ceci was there to meet us, even though we were fairly late to arrive on the Friday evening. She clearly explained- in English - all the facilities at the B&B and gave us useful information about the surrounding area. She was always on hand.
The facilities, including the pool, were second to none and we would unreservedly recommend ‘La Passione’.

Splendida villa immersa nella natura, una pace immensa. Appartamento molto grande e dotato di ogni comfort. Piscina sempre pulitissima ed i proprietari sono fantastici, gentili e disponibili. Solo per i dolci di Cecilia vale il viaggio!

L'accoglienza e la gentilezza di Cecilia e Giuseppe sono eccezionali. Posti e persone rare che restano nel cuore. Il voto è il massimo ma è troppo poco
