Two large apartments equipped with every comfort.

Villa La Passione is made up of two spacious apartments: “La Passione” and “Nuvola”.

“La Passione” offers up to three double bedrooms and a large bathroom. From the entrance — which opens onto a small panoramic terrace — you enter the large living room with views of the Sibillini and Laga Mountains, as well as the kitchen/breakfast area. On the lower floor, connected by an internal staircase, there is an additional kitchen and the third bedroom, which also features a private bathroom.

The “Nuvola” suite is located in a peaceful more secluded area on the ground floor. It features a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and woodland views, a comfortable double bedroom with private bathroom and a small terrace for exclusive use.

Nuvola suite, contemporary style.

Comfortable flat, cozy, with private entrance and no shared space, terrace for your exclusive use, double bedroom with air conditioning and en suite bathroom. Large open space with kitchen and living room where a large window overlooking the forest creates a striking natural painting.

The pool

The pool is for the exclusive use of overnight guests and is one of the most appreciated areas of our B&B.
It is open from May to mid-September, every day from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.

It is 1,4 m deep and measures 12 m x 6 m and is not supervised, offering a peaceful setting for relaxation and swimming. If you are traveling with children, we kindly ask for extra attention: responsibility always lies with the accompanying adult.

Around the pool, you’ll find sun loungers and umbrellas surrounded by greenery and the quiet of the Marche hills. It’s the ideal place to read, sunbathe, or simply enjoy a moment of relaxation.

At Villa La Passione, you can charge all your devices for free — including electric cars and bikes — thanks to our installations, which power all the main services of the property.

And if you’d like to explore the surrounding area…

For those who want to explore the surroundings in a comfortable and sustainable way, we offer free bicycles. They’re perfect for a ride through the hills or simply to enjoy some outdoor activity.

There’s no need to book in advance: just ask us and, if available, you can use them freely throughout your stay.
We still recommend bringing a water bottle and a hat, especially on hot days.

If you’re traveling with your own e-bikes, you can easily recharge them at the villa’s charging hub.

A simple and enjoyable way to experience the area-slowly and without rush.
